Randall S. Herion is co-founder and President of Herion Company.   Randall holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Missouri – Rolla.  He is responsible for the managing the financial aspects of the operations, business development, and monitoring operations in progress.   Randall works with our key management personnel to ensure integrity of the business, to achieve strategic business objectives, and to monitor progress of continuing operations.

Prior to founding Herion Company, Randall worked in the electricity and natural gas sectors of the energy industry, for Associated Electric Cooperative.  His duties there were making short to intermediate-term energy transactions, evaluating long-term transactions, administering power plant contracts, working with government agencies on optimizing hydroelectric facilities, and resource planning for intermediate to long-term needs.  Prior to Associated Electric he spent time with Union Pacific Railroad managing construction projects around the midwest and the south.
